  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@bodangles.ca to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be sent out once the return is approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Gift Returns:

  • If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to process the return or exchange.
