Founded in the summer of 2023 by a passionate Memorial University student, our journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to bring affordable and stylish earrings to smaller communities across Newfoundland and beyond.

BoDangles Jewelry was born out of a love for self-expression and a deep appreciation for the cultural richness of Newfoundland. Our founder, a proud and creative student at Memorial University, embarked on this entrepreneurial journey with a desire to make beautiful earrings accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or budget.

Growing up in the vibrant communities of Newfoundland, our founder realized that smaller towns and rural areas often lacked access to trendy and affordable jewelry options. Determined to change this, they set out to create a brand that would cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of individuals living in these communities.

At BoDangles Jewelry, we want to ensure that your eagerly awaited treasures reach you in the best condition and as swiftly as possible.
We ship all our items through Canada Post, a trusted and reliable postal service. Please note that while we strive to process your orders promptly, as a small business operated by a dedicated Memorial University student with a full course load, it may take a day or two for your items to be shipped. However, once your order is in the mail, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

-We use Canada Post for shipping, and typically, orders take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after they've been dispatched. Please allow an additional day or two for order processing due to my busy schedule as a full-time university student.

-Currently, we primarily ship within Canada. However, we're actively exploring options to expand our international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

3. What materials are BoDangles earrings made of?

-We take pride in using high-quality materials. The specific materials vary by design, but we commonly use hypoallergenic metals, such as stainless steel and nickel-free alloys, as well as a variety of beads, stones, and charms.

4. Can I return or exchange my earrings if I'm not satisfied?

-Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to facilitate a return or exchange. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

- Caring for your earrings is easy! To maintain their shine and beauty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or oils. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and exposure to direct sunlight, as these can damage the materials. Storing them in a dry, cool place when not in use will help prolong their lifespan.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BoDangles Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please follow our simple Returns & Exchanges policy:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@bodangles.ca to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
